I want to mention the passing of a great man in the Music Business "Frankie Crocker",
I knew Frankie and was taken back to hear of his passing. Frankie Crocker, was one
of the most influential DJs in the world who has programmed stations such as WWRL
and WBLS, New York City, WGCI & WNUA, Chicago, KUTE, Los Angeles, and
WKKS, in St. Louis. Frankie was also host of NBC TV's Friday Night Videos and
also one of the first VJ's on VH-1. He will be missed. ...........Posted 10/27/00
